THE UTSAV

No wonder the Utsav has been a toast among the aficionados of art and culture in the state. It has been a hit with the common mass too.The Utsav has three components – Cultural programme, Craft meta and Cuisine fairs.

Like every other thing, the Utsav was h, by the two-year long shutdown of normal life during the Covici 19 pandemic and is set to re-emerge, with renewed vigour, after a four-year hiatus. The last Utsav was held in January 2020.
